what to do with vacant nursing home with 28 rooms

I recently came across a vacant nursing home with brick exterior, pier and beam foundation 

on half the property and slab foundation on the rest of the property. it comes with about 6 full bathrooms

laid through out the East, South, and West wings of the facility, about 5 half baths, one main kitchen area, and a pantry/

partial kitchen area.  Can anyone specialize in this type of properties or maybe anyone out there who has dealt with similar deals
