There are a lot of creative ideas out there!

To all my creative finance aficionados, I have a situation...I have a potential off-market deal in my hometown of Pittsburgh.

A lot of them are all about the big look and doing creative, artsy-fartsy things, but have very little clue as to how a building is actually built.

Lending could be an option but with interest rates high 7, I am looking for other creative options.

I have a great agent that is working with me to structure a solid yet creative deal.

There are a slew of solutions if they are creative as to where to keep their bike and I feel like with them not complying and giving me random reasons, just makes it seem like a bigger deal than it is.
