The Koreatown market has really picked up and we are thankful as a Koreatown based company not to mention most of my agents speak Korean and grew up in the community which helps very much when breaking the ice with local owners.

If you're not far from the property I would should goodwill and bring some ice to each of the tenants, to put into their fridge.If it's just one tenant and it's cold, maybe put them up in a hotel for 1 or 2 nights.I would definitely take care of the meat guy, maybe bring a cooler with ice, and do something else for the other tenants.

@Patrick Jacques I've heard* of using an S-Corp for holding property and using an LLC for managing it to shield the property equity from liability arising from someone slipping on ice, etc.

hahaaa.Full disclosure I grew up in NY, and I love football but do not even have a favorite NFL team...just watch for enjoyment.Growing up in NY I played a lot of hockey and I always loved Mass and wanted to live there when I "grew up".There is just something about the Massachusetts lifestyle (politics aside) that I love and it's definitely home....but I'll never root for the Boston teams!!!
