Greetings from the Watertown, NY area!
Hello everyone!
I'm glad I found this site and am already riveted by the good stuff I'm reading here.
I retired from the Army about a year ago up here in northern NY. I've dabbled a bit with RE investing in the past, but the last decade got a bit busy for us active military folks, so I gave it up for a while.
I'm looking forward to really focusing some time and energy on real estate, and sharing and learning with all of you here!

Watertown and Lowville! Those are names I haven't heard in a while. I'm from Albany but went to engineering school in Potsdam, with classmates from South Jeff and Lowville both. Welcome @Erik Newhouse !
