(You can run the in-floor heat pipes between the joists, but you lose a lot of heat into the floor cavities and have to run at a hotter temperature.

Congrats on the deal.My guess is that your deal was done with a 506b not a 506dRule 506(d) and “Disqualified Persons”The new 506(c) rule arrived with a companion 506(d) rule, which prohibits “felons and other ‘bad actors’” from conducting Regulation D private placement offerings that rely on any Rule 506 (i.e., 506(b) and 506(c)) exemptions, where a disqualifying event occurs following the effective date of 506(d).

Yup packages arriving that don't need signature can be problematic, above post is good thought about weight,, have tenant call sender and report it to the sender that received only partial contents, could the sender maybe be sending in 2 shipments and this just a partial shipment.Advise tenant not much else to do than require signature required on packages or have them sent to their job so they can take delivery there.This is a huge issue all over the country, people watch delivery trucks and simply rip off what's been delivered to the door step.

Taxes and Insurance at 16k a year is $1333 a month added to your prinicipal and interest of $2800 is where I arrived at my approximate $4300.Based on your other responses in your thread the deal sounds decent, yes.
