I do not want to be too harsh but I do not know if that is possible if you are trying to imply the Midwest has historical appreciation close to San Diego.The appreciation in San Diego on a single unit in the last 5 years would likely equal 50 years of Midwest cash flow.

A lot of people have said they had success during the harsh winters in Maine, so I think I will give a whirl based on the cost. 4-6K per unit is what I expected and it is great to have some reassurance on that number.
