If you install large quantities of LEDs, make sure that the power factor of the bulbs is at least 0.90.I'd also go with 1.75 gpm showerheads- decent ones can be $15-$25 apiece, that'll reduce ownership's water bills, and residents' water heating bills.

Worker's Comp then also audits (gets payroll reports once or twice/year) what you pay them to get an adequate idea of how much of this work they are doing--the more they work, the more likely an injury.Ultimately, based on your brief description, this is likely an exposure for you and your business--and worker's comp cases are notorious for "ambulance chasers" who see $$$ settlements with successful property owner vs. blue collar workers.Then again, depending on quantity of work, and quality of workers, tons of landlords in your situation feel comfortable taking the risk.Happy to discuss further if you are interested, feel free to PM me.

This could happen but the dollar would have to depreciate another 80 or 90 percent as both have such a small quantity of reserves.So none of these are likely to replace the dollar as the reserve currency so hyperinflation is off the table.My opinion onlyGood Investing

My reference was the fact that wholesalers are focused on doing large quantities of deals, therefore we don't have time to play with pre-approval letters and lenders that can't analyze a deal within 3 weeks, so it can close in 4 weeks.

Well first (from an investors point of view), if I'm planning on doing multiple deals using "mortgage wraps" and/or "mortgage assumption/payment" strategies that creates quantities of "promissory notes and mortgages" for others; ...for my sole purpose of making money from these strategies, can I be considered to be an "unlicensed loan originator"?
