Landlords that have entity for Prop Management-- do you get insur

Hi I was wondering if landlords that self-manage their properties under an entity get insurance for that entity?  Or if you get liability or workmans-comp-type insurance for handyman and workers.

I basically self-manage property for family and friends under an S-Corp.  I was wondering about getting some sort of "business insurance" for that for liability-- accidents etc with workers etc.

For instance- I have a mainly workers-- painters, flooring guys, roofers, framers etc that are unlicensed sub-contractor types.  If they were to get injured etc I was wondering if their was business insurance for this, that I could possibly put under my Property Management S-corp?

Does anyone have a similar set up or suggestions?

@Will F. Regarding the injuries to uninsured workers you hire to work on your properties or others, you would need Work comp coverage.  General Liability does not cover injuries to people working on your behalf

If a worker is fixing a property that you do not own, but is working under your direction, you should get General Liability and Property Managers Errors and Ommissions to be fully covered.

If a worker is fixing one of your properties, you do not need to purchase General Liability for your entity.  You would look to the contractors General Liability if they caused damage to your property.

I have see self-managers carry insurance for these things and not carry insurance.  All depends on your risk tolerance.
