I do this on homes that I own also, so I put my money where my mouth is to speak.   

@Darrin Carey  I thought so, however I think the realtor I wanted to use in the area has a bad taste in her mouth for me for being associated with the move. 

I do some direct mail, I use bandit signs, I use bird dogs, and sometimes word of mouth brings them to me. 

It's not great word of mouth to say "Jane Doe, CPA filed my taxes and I got audited!"
