I've written 3 published books, been guests on blogs, featured speaker for 10 years wearing my Architects hat, in charge of education for my local REIC (until it just became way too much time/work), and and at least 10 different articles. 

I went aheaad and set up a Stessa account as I like hat it provides and seeing as Im dead serious about more properties fast, want to have it set up and ready to go.

I will give them an option to leave and stay / pay a discounted rent from June to now, but they also want money for all their stuff, including "hats and Gucci that hasn't even been worn yet"...
