A fridge breaks and then the next week the oven breaks and the next week the water heater breaks.

It molded up like a forgotten sandwich in the back of a fridge.

All this was only the big stuff; the rest just added up: a fridge was freezing everything, a stove stopped working, a smoke detector had to be rewired, a faucet had to be repaired, the gutter had to be regraded (whatever that means) and on and on… I don’t understand it!

I remember one tenant telling me the fridge was leaking water (the fridge came with the property - I don't buy fridges that have water/ice cube makers as those tend to leak/cause issues).

Mini fridge, smaller sink, counter top stove, maybe a microwave and some cabinets.

Removed the door, put in a wall, added cabinets/fridge, painted, installed a kitchenette, and created a second entrance for us to access the back yard we now have a little duplex.

It looks like a compression union similar to what would be used on a fridge ice maker line. 

I've stayed in places with no kitchens (just a mini-fridge and a coffee maker) and paid top dollar.....I have a friend who has a very successful STR with a basic kitchen - sink, small fridge, hotplate, micro, toaster, coffeepot.

What kinds of liens would a fridge or carpet store even have?
