I am looking to get my RE Licence in Connecticut. 

I also hold a real estate licence in Panama and would definitely be able to help you purchase deals here.Speaking for the situation in Panama there are taxes to be payed: over the purchase, annual property taxes and property sales taxes.

Is there such a thing? Or possible broker they work together?

You don't have to have a legal business name, licence or LLC to have a business.

In a previous life I had a real estate licence... but that is another story all together...There are also several very good linked in groups.
