Property is on an acre lot so units are separated and very private making it a great house hack.Located next to Benderson Park which makes it a great location for STRing the guest house.

Wrong Property Management ApproachIt doesn’t matter how good the people who are doing the property management are, if they are not using a property management approach designed for co-living, everyone loses.

Notice when I spoke of London STR I used the words "gain control of a property" and NOT "buy a property"???? 

Embarrassingly, I listed our property with the usual $50 pet fee (which can only be $35 now) and asking for income 3x rent (which is now 2x).

I currently live in Greensboro and own one property I live in that Im planning to rent out once I find the next.
