I would also be wary though as most home prices outside of the City have exploded. 

It's really close to Gainesville, Tampa, and the turnpike to Orlando, but with The Villages exploding so much, people that work in The Villages, but have kids and don't want to live in a 55+ mecca like that might find it appealing.

The more I look it definitely seems that I won't be getting a big bargain deal that is going to explode in appreciation.
