Usually I am fairly exhausted by the time I go to be and get about 5 hours of sleep a night so not sure if my sleep barometer is off sometimes :D

Thinking used but finding an installer is problematic and the exhaust venting may not line up.

In Marco's case above I would encourage him to exhaust the possibilities in his home market before looking elsewhere. 

A 4 yr old Heil & 3 yr old Lenox we previously installed both had inducer motor replacements under the 5 yr warranty.Up here we go with the HI Effic models as the PVC direct vent exhausting is safer (& easier) than using conventional un-lined chimney runs.The last complete install we did (with 1.5 ton a/c) ran $1,587 for the unit & ancillary parts with a $600 install cost.

But so many new "syndicators" want to get into the business because they have exhausted capital or don't have the sufficient funds to invest.  

There's space behind the washer for the dryer exhaust, which can go down through the floor.
