Hi, First, if you do not own your own home, I'd use that money and get an FHA 203K Remodel loan on a home for yourself. 3.5% down payment would enable you to buy a $100,000 property and still pay for closing costs and take your family out to dinner and have a little left for emergencies.

Also, I assume you don't plan to enable that security system prior to closing -- the seller may send people to the property to check on it (or the agent may check on it occasionally), and if an alarm goes off that you enabled, they'll be PISSED.

So to sum up the arguments of those who use the bulk reo forum and would like to see it remain open:1- we meet interesting people on the bulk reo forum2- being able to discuss non existent billion dollar deals somehow enables us to sell 19 unit apartment buildings and single family residences3- we will go to another website that allows discussions of fantasy bulk dealsI personally think the bulk reo forum had some entertainment value; however it is like an old joke.
