I started a shared housing community for women in 2018. 

BUT, she is not a licensed Property Manager, what I think could mean for us some troubles in the future, if she has to show in court representing us, etc...On the other hand, if I was managing myself, I don't need a license, and she could be like our representative, empowered, and maybe she don't need a license...? 

The only think I can see that might violate fair housing is "working men"  you could change to contractors, refinery workers or "working men and women."

Which city would be suggested to be affordable and safe for women.

I prefer putting in hardwood over LVP, and often can get a premium on my sales because of it, but buyers want it.The best tip my wife helped me realize: focus on the women.

In other late breaking news, women receives ticket for speeding, bears do poo in woods and water is wet....It's subsidized housing, everyone in sec8 knows you can't do that, everyone who pays an ounce of attention as it's only conveyed countless times. 

Many RE investors actually love to help young men/women invest in RE believe it or not.

Since you cant push yourself , now you need leverage from your knees ( like women pushups) so  by doing that you are not putting all wait on your arms and you can doing it gradually until you built up muscles..SO YOUR CASH right now is you weak muscle , tough to lift your body ( Buy a house with current cash) SO you are using your knees ( Loan ) until you strengthen your muscle (cash) .PS ( No intention on offend Any women ) There are some women way stronger than men.. ( just wanted to make a simple analogy that we see in our common world...
