We live in an area that is changing for the better but we still have the occasional disturbance; not only do my wife and I call separately from our cell phones but we text neighbors and tenants to call the police at the same time too.

Asbestos is a little damaged along the bottom of the house but i didnt think the rest of it was too damaged, and i read that nails associated with installing vinyl over it disturbs the asbestos.any cheap solutions?

Also, many of the properties that I have seen in my area on auction.com are occupied, and they do not allow (legally) you to disturb the "tenant" to inspect the property.

., then the Hubzu listing probably says do not disturb occupants and a showing prior to purchase will not be possible.If you win the bid, you will be responsible to remove the tenants which can be an ordeal.
