In mountain towns, beach areas, and domestic destination areas it’s very possible to do more. 

You want a true vacation destination. 

I sorta assumed it was that way in all rural areas across the country other than tourist destinations.

When I did nationwide consulting, I said Gatlinburg, Branson and Poconos were the top 3 destinations for this real estate niche and that really hasn't changed too much in the past couple of years other than more people flocking to these markets in massive droves driving prices up.

La Quinta is a year round destination though last year was a bit different due to the pandemic.

We literally just booked exactly this for ourselves in Destin for this summer, flying from Utah.
