Fear Is just an emotion like being sad or happy, fear is not real it’s a product of your own thoughts, fear is a choice not a danger.

Otherwise, you may become emotionally attached and end up paying too much.Also, no closing costs? 

Please, don't get emotionally tied up just because you feel you've already put in so much effort in gaining rapport.

Don't jump into buying a property out of desperation or emotion.

@Federico Morales I'd have to say the @Joe Splitrock hit it on the head here.Separate emotion from business - you said you want to hold on to it but in reality it's not a great investment.

There are many crooks on their trying to sell you whatever they are trying to sell through emotion or fear. 

So I checked it out and listened to some podcasts and decided to dig deeper.

I almost made a terrible decision based off of emotion and desperation (WONT happen again).Does anyone have any strategies for finding deals in this current market in PA?
