It’s the best choice I’ve made so far in my real estate journey because of the solid foundation you gain through off-market acquisitions, as well as the deep understanding of marketing and sales that allows me to offer better services.

There are other automated followup CRM's, but I also found they don't have to deep flexibility and customization that I was looking for. 

So the asynchronous nature of tenant requests, coupled with trying to get them handed out to the right handyman, plumber, etc, are driving me insane.Is this something that can be outsourced without going to a full 3rd party property management arrangement?

It just adds another layer of complexity to the process, it will hurt part-time agents and drive many out of business, which is frankly not a bad thing.Buyer-side commission is now no longer set as a typically uniform percentage on MLS and fully negotiable.

Then flying to Ohio to drive my truck back to tow wife’s crv to Ohio.

I would think in rural Ohio within an hour drive to Cleveland would be your area.
