I have seen some post shading wholesalers and want to know What exactly the issue is if you get permission from the property owner and technically under contract as the home owner.

I often found myself looking at several stores, online, for which shade of off white tile looks the best, just how cheap can I get this tile per sq. ft.?

The ceiling immediately overhead was charcoal with rings in varying shades of brown radiating across the living room and into the kitchen.

We personally like the slightly darker neutral color, higher end remnants but the darker color is because it hides stains better in the rentals.If laminate is not worth the cost/effort but the carpets are really worn you may desire to look at what is available in remnants in your area. 

So much shade in this biz it's unreal to me personally.

They didn't change much compared to my plan, a slightly different shade of tan for the walls I didn't make them put more down for.

These lenders care about property, credit, the DSCR ratio, and reserve funds.Each "shop" or DSCR lender has their own shades of ins and outs, locations they will or won't, minimum rules that cannot get exceptions.
