Hi, does anyone have any experience with the new Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) plan in Los Angeles?

These days tattoos are like facial hair or an accessory.

The ultimate goal is to buy rentals (preferably multifamily) to get the coveted reoccurring income. 

(e) This section shall not apply to the following types of residential real properties or residential circumstances:((5) Single-family owner-occupied residences, including a residence in which the owner-occupant rents or leases no more than two units or bedrooms, including, but not limited to, an accessory dwelling unit or a junior accessory dwelling unit.

They were allowing them as Accessory Dwelling Units, behind a residence.

@Scott McGill Here the City zoning and ordinances refer to these as "accessory apartments", but colloquially they are called Mother-in-law Suites as @David Krulac pointed out.

(Other than they want you to have to buy new accessories in addition to the new phone.)The phone itself is pretty easy to use, and quite handy to have with you.
