How to find a mentor?
So I'm out here on my own. I have flipped a house and have some cash. The ultimate goal is to buy rentals (preferably multifamily) to get the coveted reoccurring income.
I read this great article (https://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2016/05/2...) that laid out how to get to 30 units in 3 years. Perfect! Now, I'm waking up an hour early every day and dedicating that time to searching for deals.
I just feel like I'm out here on my own. While listening to the BP pod casts I hear story after story where these successful guys started with a great mentor. The last thing I want to do is go waste cash on a "coach" who ends up not doing anything but wasting my time and money.
So, where do you find a mentor?
