@Bryan Cress Yes, I've been in law enforcement for 14 years, after 20 I get a bonus $1,100 ish a month from age 50 (if I've retired from the job) until social security kicks in.

Have a 5 bedroom house, plus huge bonus room that can be 6th bedroom, with 4 car garage and 3000 sq ft home.

I think OP needs to investigate the accelerated/bonus depreciation in MF syndication and how it results in a large passive loss.
