I graduated in December with my bachelors in Finance from UW- Oshkosh.

I moved to Pensacola just over a year ago to finish up my bachelors degree in business and bought my first house and thats when I got into real estate investing.

There's no way I could make as much with a bachelor apartment.Anyone thought about that?

If you do either live as frugally as possible, rent a low priced bachelor or take the smallest unit in a multi that you buy.

But the days of leaving your bachelor(ette) pad for Highlands Ranch are gone.I think the MMJ business has put some pressure on industrial and retail space, but even bigger is the demand for office space downtown and the rise of shared workspaces.

The spring is dead, only a few guests here and there (mid April till the beginning of June) From June-September or even October depending on weather, we have a lot of guests that come for the mountain biking, vacation or weddings, or bachelor parties.
