Hello everyone :)

As per the title above i am Nigel Girard and its great to meet all of you. I currently reside in New Jersey, Im 25 with my bachelors in business and started my JD/MBA program sept 2017. I have a strong interest in law and in real estate, which is funny because i actually stated a new Job 6 months ago working at a Foreclosure law firm! 

Im here today because i want three things. First i want to reach financial freedom and break outside of the traditional 9-5 job that Im used to. Second, i want to read more, and expand my knowledge of the real estate market. Third i would like to meet other people who share the same interest in the hunt. Finding those good deals and having the power to grab them up and turn a profit. 

So far i love everything about BiggerPockets from the webinar i just finished 5minutes ago on How to find Incredible Real Estate Deals, to the first day i heard a podcast on stitcher. The funny thing is that i never actually finished making my account on here, i signed up a month ago, never visited the forum, never opened the reminder emails, but. After seeing the webinar it has given me a wake-up slap to hit every nook and cranny of what i need to do on my path to financial freedom. BiggerPockets is my first official step towards this, and i hope that 1 year from now I can share my 1st or even third Real Estate Investment stories with you.
