Robert, couple things, she has not checked any boxes that says she will supply Lead paint pamphlets to tenants, your house is too new for lead paint, but should be an automatic thing. you are also going to be charged for credit checks of prospective tenants, this should be charged to people as an application fee. i still say look for another PM,

However, court documents such as orders are not automatically recorded with the county recorder.
