The person taking the HELOC loan app isn't a full time loan originator, they are a minimum wage bank teller on welfare and food stamps with a NMLS or NMLSR, so they just tell the consumer "oh that's great!

@Dalwin Garcia there are a few good HML calculators out there, if you do a google search you can find them, there are also a couple of apps out there that will serve you well they can be found in the app stores for both platforms

I’ve gotten to where we have multiple doors at the same monthly rate so I need to transistion into an app to help me manage and identify who paid rent.I have a few tenants that are “technically challenged” and I’m anticipating some challenges with getting them on board to use a payment app.Any suggestions for the simplest rental payment apps (from a tenant perspective)?

If you don't mind going through apps for new tenants and doing evictions when necessary then maybe being a landlord is good for you.
