I’ve never used NPV for any of my real estate investment analysis, though I use it pretty regularly in my day job.

Is “purchase price” $350k or $50k when calculating for some of these analysis metrics?

Hey @Ryan Tongue - at this early of a stage any well known bank that offers business checking/savings should work. 

I find it worth every penny to do this analysis before making an investment. 

Run your deal analysis, run your capex, run your P/I.  

Far too many get stuck in the "paralysis by analysis" stage, thinking they just don't know enough to get started.

Just curious as to the source of your stress.Investing passively in real estate requires a different or additional analysis.
