I would go to their offices and talk with someone.you would be surprised .. the people they try to weed out are those convicted of financial crimes.I know a guy here in Oregon that was a convicted drug dealer and he still got his license you should though by all means be forthright and certainly not withhold any information .... if they catch you in a fib then your history. .just be upfront like your doing here on BP and I suspect its not going to be an issue for you.Good luck with it

@Jon Lanclos I rent STRs to contractors working at CVR Refining in Coffeyville Kansas.The most common thing I hear is every Monday morning when doing pre-employment drug screens for the refinery is "I wish I would have known about your furnished houses yesterday".

I have come up with the following options so far:-install shower with glass block window with tile surround and bath vent fan (no idea as to how waterproof this may be)-demo old tub, wall off window, install prefab tub/shower combo and bath vent fan -reframe window to be much smaller and higher on the wall, leave existing tub, install tile surround and plumbing for shower-leave as is and hope tenants don't care about not having a showerIn most of these cases it seems to really just boil down to whether I want to have a window that can be opened to alleviate wet room moisture, or install a vent fan.

I asked them why they never respond to my calls and emails about the section 8 people dealing drugs out of the house across the street, with dozens of people living there (every neighbor hates them) but they have time to troll the internet looking for landlords to sign up....Pathetic joke, our government...
