They learn to landlord, reduce their rent and begin to see their tenants paying down their mortgage every month, and usually it becomes addicting!

But be careful it can be addicting!

Once you get one, you can't stop it is addicting!!!!  

They are addicted and, like and addict, never want to stop till they die.  

Not that you care but in my portfolio of hundreds and hundreds of doors and multiple companies we not only revitalize multifamily in the most challenging parts of cities, but I also run mental health and DODD group homes and my partner has one of the largest addiction treatment programs with transitional housing in our area.

I'm pretty much addicted.

I've seen traveling nurses addicted to prescription meds and they travel so they are less likely to get caught.

But the stigma around discussing money has to be overcome, just like we're recognizing the importance of being able to talk about nutrition, anxiety, depression and addiction.

Its an addiction we have that's hard to explain.
