That's a head ache in my humble opinion.

The one I was looking at, the hospital nearby was looking at it for a standalone mental health facility so maybe talk to facility managers at local hospitals and see if they have space needs for anything.Other good ideas I turned up were immediate care, dentists, veterinarians and alternative medicine practices.

I have been trying to research online property management companies to fit my needs:1) Accept online payments in the form of ACH.

With the steady growth of ECU, Vidant Medical Center, and the Brody School of medicine rents in SRF have increased over the last 2-3 years fairly steadily.  

I understand fully that the best medicine here is to not evict, but anyone that hasn't experienced at least one eviction hasn't been in the business long enough.  

There is one other thing to ask to see if you can get a lower interest rate - sometimes a lower rate is offered if the mortgage is paid by ACH direct debit, and usually the lender wants that to come from a checking account from their bank to get a lower rate.

Talk to your bank about setting up ACH.

Not all pre-paid cards allow ACH debits though so make sure they check with the card issuer first.  

If you take someone in a separation I would be cautious to use any ACH payments or anything tied to their checking account as they can be frozen during litigation.

For door hardware, medicine cabinets, landscaping materials, etc. they're great.
