I am curious how the current leadership will manage the lands, development, etc. and have some genuine concerns.

There's a lot of large apartment building going on but I'm concerned that there may be too much building given the number of jobs in the area.  

I'm concerned that if I install a separate meter will that cause a reclassification of the property from SFH to duplex.

A decent ac company will provide you with an invoice that includes the air temp coming out of the vent.

For example, I am a little concerned about some aspects of the business cycle recovery and a potential for a double-dip so I lean toward the safest part of capital stack which is debt (or low-debt equity).

@Elena Dubinski once I knew about tax liens and had a very basic understanding I took an attorney to breakfast and he cleared up most of my concerns about risks.

I scaled up my portfolio from 2 to 6 this year and a little concerned to grow more right now as the housing market is hot right now and I do not want to get into trouble if there is a big correction.
