I've never been to Maryland but driven through West Virginia.

It is a property in west Chandler that I recently toured since my family is shopping for a primary residence, but it seemed like it might be interesting rehab project that I thought could work as a BRRRR.

I'm on #3 BRRRR project now (click here for writeup) in West Passyunk neighborhood of Philly.

I am looking for a single family home in the price range of $160,000-$185,000 in the Minneapolis area, preferably the west metro.

I'm looking to diversity out of CA real estate market into mid-west / south / south-east and am looking at Indy specifically.

Lake co in the last 3 years has seen half of the entire county burnt.. our Family ranch of the 60s got wiped out this Aug that fire burnt almost 400,000 acres but not nearly the amount of structures.the Tubbs fire last year started in Calistoga ( Tubbs Lane) and raced west and took out a good portion of north Santa Rosa 5,000 homes lost.. then the atlas peak fire at the same time in southern Napa county came roaring down and took out about 100 plus homes at Silverado ( where i lived ) many of my friends lost their homes..
