I like Behr self priming Swiss Coffee, sold at HomeDepot... premixed, always in stock, always very consistent from one bucket to the next for touch ups and does not fail when properly applied.edit: missed the part about not white enough...use Ultra Pure White by same manufacture...premixed...always better to go premixed, as I find it most consistent from one batch to the next, so touch ups are less noticeable

That's nothing.As an example I have high net worth to ultra high net worth clients that are buyers that do not know the retail space but want to buy shopping centers or freestanding single tenant properties.
