Ive wondered what would happen in that scenario....it makes me wonder if it was a bank trying to inspect their property if the cops would still have prevented it....makes ya feel like landlords are being pummeled from every direction right now and undoubtedly some of the abuse we face is violating our legal rightsCrossing my fingers for quick resolution of your issue

I was thinking earlier they should have a version of triple damages for tenants who abuse the moratorium and are still working but not paying rent.
