Ive wondered what would happen in that scenario....it makes me wonder if it was a bank trying to inspect their property if the cops would still have prevented it....makes ya feel like landlords are being pummeled from every direction right now and undoubtedly some of the abuse we face is violating our legal rightsCrossing my fingers for quick resolution of your issue

I was thinking earlier they should have a version of triple damages for tenants who abuse the moratorium and are still working but not paying rent. 

I am also the absolute last person anyone would sexually harass, so I wouldn't feel too worried about my own safety. 

It can be especially bad if one of the tenants is abusing utility use, because the others pay for it.

And remember the "what if" side of things or what I like to call the "hit by a bus" clause.

Some people just use and abuse management intentionally and get away with it until we decide to value ourselves.

It took a lot of abuse from 5 years of college girls BUT it was made from recycled plastic bottles & the stains came out.

Sadly with carpets they are cheap flooring, usually get abused.

Regardless of anyone political feelings the facts are covid has been "weaponized" and is being abused, everyone from any and every side should be outraged over this for simple fact some things are never ok to use for such, ever.
