If so you may have a harder time.I think @Brandon Turner talked about having the seller break each property out in a multi-property sale so that you can see their motivation and the value that the seller has in their own mind.

Having successful and friendly agents around the office putting up big numbers can be very motivating- and you can likely learn a lot about their approach to the business.Best of luck, and keep in mind that even if you choose a brokerage and realize 3 months its not a good fir for you, you can always go work somewhere else.
