After reading through this magnificent forum and listening to podcast a dilemma arose and I'd like to hear your opinions.What is the most efficient way to invest in Real Estate in a case like ours?

Not from Phoenix, but look into your local REIA group meetups, that's probably the best venue you'll find to network with a large number of investors.Personally, when I work with a realtor, I want someone that understands how the numbers work from my end.

Unfortunately, I don't have $30k to learn more, so I'm hoping to learn more through other venues. 

What are some do's and don't's when writing up an advertisement for Craigslist and other sites/venues? 

If you need a venue, I do have a candidate albeit in the western suburbs.

Hope you designated a large area for the venue sounds like you will have record number of people wanting to attend :)

My point was 2014 was an incredible year for other venues instead of buy and hold...

Perhaps as a venue space though if zoning allows I'll do the research.
