I'm very new to this wacky world of Real Estate investing.  I attended a 3 day workshop by AbundanceEdu and learned enough to substantially perk my interest.  Unfortunately, I don't have $30k to learn more, so I'm hoping to learn more through other venues.  I'm hoping to learn enough to do some wholesaling and/or lease options since these two seem to the best way to generate income, without much cash up front.  That's me.
