Keep in mind taxes go up as do rents.

While they’re out partying, you’ll be home learning, analyzing deals, and honing your craft.

Bear in mind that the fiscal treatment of the two options in Mexico is different (withholding tax on the gross income with the fideicomiso vs cost deductions with the corporation).

For several reasons (property taxes, politics), I would prefer to begin real estate investing somewhere other than locally. 

I would also share pros and cons of paying taxes on the windfall versus owner carry.
