Hi does anyone know if property management groups/ real estate groups that I can join to network New Jersey area

The mid term goal is for me to replace my W2 salary within 2 years, and shift full time to the management and expansion of our own portfolio, with the goal of replacing my partner's W2 salary within 1-2 years after that, so that he can join me. 

Find and join a local REI or land lord Association and attend meetings to get local perspectives on markets, LL/tenant laws and experiences etc.Hang out here and search threads that may be relevant to you and your desires/needs.Decide on your objectives from investing, taking into account your resources from financial and time perspectives.

I am familiar with the meet ups happening in the area (and eager to join those) but am looking for something more personal, formal and consistent (bi-weekly?). 

After years of being BP-curious, I've finally taken the plunge and joined the community.

There are a lot for sale all the time best is join Facebook groups assisted living etc in Az also lot of them are on MLS or bizquest
