I was scheduled to be part of the panel at Monday's night general meeting but it was postponed due to threat of snow.

Besides the Black Diamond meetings, Justin's BP meetup and the meetings Paul mentioned there is the NEREIA in Chelmsford (Last meeting would have been last Wed but was canceled for the snow storm), the Boston AREIA in Medford and @Mike Hurney has a couple meetings on the North Shore.

Just imagine during bad weather, snow storm hurricane, etc... who had the last lough?

The property management company that I work with has come up with 12% + $3000 as their Fees to take care of the lawn, snow, collect rent etc. 

Also, are you saving the cash flow money for future investments or are you snow balling it into your mortgages. 

One guy shovels my snow for food.
