We will probably implement the BRRRR method as well as just flip a few houses.

It's in the host's hands to decide whether they want to abide by the rules or not, just as Airbnb has the right to implement them in the first place on their marketplace (to protect themselves from liability).

It's a tool for a specific purpose and should be implemented as a part of a full wealth management plan, led by a team who deeply understands real estate in a variety of capacities outside of just being a DST wholesaler.  

We have clients we have helped implement this strategy that are either positive cashflow or paying about $500/month to own a $750,000 asset!
