Things we've had flagged in the past are having dual sensor smoke detectors installed, all windows must open/close, torn window screens, functioning garage door, fire extinguisher present in kitchen, floors/walls must be in good repair, 2 prong outlets if no grounding wire is present, etc.

@Brenda Henry from a functional perspective, the most important thing you can do is make sure they have the phone number and email you want them to use.
