Some people dislike that or find other reasons to exclude them.

Then I held back as I did not want a new renter in it that then would not pay anyways due to CV19 relief.I too dislike the first month rent take, but it seems so common with all agencies, and on renewal or rent increase they take another fee that I feel would cut into any profits.

Although I think our software is great and I think that my team and I are very capable of improving our product, I'd like to get some opinions from people who use other CRMs to hear what they may like and dislike about the CRMs they use, what they'd like to see as far as improvements go, and what would be some additions that people may like to see added.

Thanks for your input guys.I dislike the tenant's dishonesty as well, however I have to take into account a few factors and make an intelligent decision REGARDLESS of how I FEEL about tenant's actions.

IMO, they lead you in figuring out "How does this program performing task xyz".I dislike software that force-fits a solution, which walks around the barn to solve a straight forward principle. 

This narrowed my search a little, I violently disliked one of the guys on the list. 

Most landlords we know that dislike section 8 are fully fledged slumlords.

The housing departments absolutely dislike slumlords.Put one property with them, see how it goes.
