not for home builders or folks buying a primary residence ???

As one extreme example of newer homes not being better, in Connecticut there are 15,000 houses less than 10 years old that were recently condemned because the builders used bad concrete on the foundations.

I am looking to connect with builders/developers/construction companies in the San Antonio area.

Jim I should know more on this after a meeting next week with a builder who has built over 300 modulars in NH.

Do people ever just want to strictly investment SFR New Constitution I was a Managing Broker who acquired  Land and smaller parcels that could be developed into small 10 Home communities as well as tear downs for custom Home Builders as well as a National Builder whose smaller division handled tear downs and  or high end Flips. 

I'm not interested in home builders as this project will be much more than they can handle. 

You will need the cash for not only the "down payment" for the loan but also any builder/designer or architects that you hire.

I bought these home's new direct from the builder. 

The builder completed 4 houses, and got a $300K mortgage on each one.
