They can really wreck  your day!

@Sol G. you could wait until they have ALL the funds to move in, but I think they sound like a train wreck.

Getting all worked up when there not even late, yeah, if this get's to you this much I hate to picture the wreck you'd be when there 45 days late, you show up to find they have 7 other people staying there, 2 dogs, half the screens are missing, yards trashed but what really gets your focus is the vomit stained carpet and hand prints that not only go up the walls but somehow across the ceiling too and your just thinking "how the f#*k did they do that" and in the bathroom it changes too "that isnt actual human poop, is it.... is it".     

You will turn them into collections if they do not pay, which will wreck their credit. 

You should see the train wreck deal offered to me yesterday!

Speaking of screens - understand that renters for the most part will wreck your window screens, screen doors, blinds (and yards).

I didn't get any additional insurance for my car, so if I was in a wreck, I would have to pitch the pizzas out of the car so my driving was 'personal', rather than for work.

Covid has really wrecked my routine and I am starting to get stir crazy but in a normal world, I am easily traveling 3 months of the year, makes it hard to direct staff being gone 25%+ of time and 75% out of office when I am "home".
