Had a wedding recently and was trying to convince all of my family members to fly directly in.

I think Chris is coming out on Wed..You came to a great place Carlos!

Seeing as you're done at 3 pm even on weekends and don't work Monday-Wed, I think that leaves a lot of quality 'real estate' time.

We hosted guests and their families for graduations from Duke and UNC, hospital stays (one woman spent 3 weeks recovering at the home which was 15 minutes from the hospital she was treated), and of course weddings and visits to the area.

Weddings, graduations, sporting events, family weekends, plebe summer, the entire year is full of events that call for families to come to the area in droves. 

We will be there Tuesday(afternoon) Wed (all day) and Thursday (Breakfast) if that works better for some.  

There are two points I try to get my clients to consider when thinking about investing in their booming cities/state.. 1) Obviously, with more people are more weddings, graduations, visiting family/friends that will want to stay somewhere fun and unique to the location (For NC.. think loft condos, woodsy cabins, etc..)

However, QI screwed up and the 45 days should've been 13 March, Weds and seller misses the deadline and no-qualified.Who's responsible for lost opportunity, taxes, etc.?
