If you can get that main piece off in one piece, it could be re-cut.....but then you have to find a buyer who wants that exact color/style instead of going and buying their own..... there are so many cool products out there nowadays, even pre-finished.

I do understand that most people do not think that way, But as I said, I have had people make remarks like that to me Like any trade, to do it properly and thiroughly, you have to have the right tools and cleaning products, and you have to have knowleedge, so not to ruin the materials used for tubs, etc.

@Caroline PowellAs long as the final product ends up being a residential 1-4 unit property where the primary borrower intends to reside in one of the units as their primary residence for 1 year, then you can do an FHA loan on it ... including the FHA 203k.
